Our apartment offers all the requirements for a pleasant and safe vacation. The 100m ² apartment and the outdoor facilities, garden and terrace are reserved exclusively for you.

If arrival is not possible due to official border closures or an official travel warning, you have the option of canceling your reservation free of charge up to one week before departure.
You can find current information on the local regulations, the journey to South Tyrol, public life and your leisure activities during your vacation here.

Hygiene is also our priority and we guarantee that you will take all the necessary precautions to guarantee you a carefree but also safe holiday.
All rooms in the Fereinwohnung are cleaned with disinfectant before your arrival and of course a disinfectant dispenser is also available for you.
